Creating Quality Comments to a Blog Post
Please comment generously to our posts. Our children work hard to write them and to share what is going on with you.
Before you post a comment, make sure it is meaningful. Here are some tips to help you. They are divided into two sections.
Content
1. Try to add something new or interesting to the conversation in your comment.
You can compliment the writer in a specific way or add new information.
You can make a connection by sharing something about yourself or your experiences.
2. Try to extend the conversation by ending with a question you have.
3. Don't repeat yourself or another comment
Convention
1. Use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation
2. Use a greeting and a closing
3. Use strong vocabulary words
4. Only use your first name in your closing
